About our Foundation
Outstanding leadership from our Hillcrest Foundation Board allows Hillcrest Nursing Home to look toward the future. Hillcrest Nursing Home is not dependent on county or city taxes, but rather the support and generosity of the communities and community members we serve.
Contributions to the Hillcrest Nursing Home Foundation directly support enhancements to the facility, education for staff, and improving the quality of life for residents who call Hillcrest home.
About Hillcrest Nursing Home
Hillcrest Nursing Home cares for generations of Nebraskans from miles around. The entire region depends on Hillcrest for skilled nursing, assisted living,
and quality childcare.
The facility opened in 1963 with just 23 rooms. Through the years, Hillcrest has undergone several renovations and additions. The nursing home is a 100-bed dual-certified Medicare/Medicaid Skilled
Care facility with over 120 dedicated employees.
Today the facilities include:
- Hidden Pines Assisted Living Community
- Special Care Unit for Alzheimer’s Residents
- Heavy Care Unit
- On Site Child Daycare Center
